My baby is a 1981 Prelude. Stock EK1 1.8L CVCC engine, 5-spd. 147,000 miles with a decent body. It has no major damage to speak of, but is badly needing some fresh paint. Clear-coat is peeling and the driver's door and front fender paint is cracked and peeling. Interior isn't bad with the exception of the seats. Back seat has been removed, soon to be replaced with a custom speaker box. Front seat swap is in the works with ones from a later model Accord. Steering wheel will be replaced with one from a 88-89 Prelude. Subtle body mods are in the planning stage...if I can find something to match up. Otherwise, I'll have to go the "1-off custom" route. Front brake upgrade is in the planning stage also. The original calipers/rotors will be swapped for ones from 84-85 Accord for more stopping power.
