hi

i'm N1ghtStalk3r (Ron) i have always liked honda's and we just got our first one .. (hoping for another soon) it's a gen4 94 prelude si with a H23A1 2.3 DOHC, automatic trans

i have a couple of questions ....

1. when it shifts it feels like it has a shift kit in it. is that normal or might it be a shift kit someone put in??

2. what is the expected milage on this motor ..... it has 155k on it but still seems to run great.

3. what is a good but cheap way to lower it about 1.5 - 2" (adjustable coilovers is what i'm looking at) any thoughts?

1)Automatic hondas shift a lot nicer and more powerfully than other makes of vehicles and if u mod the motor and give it more power the harder it will shift being a H23 it is one of the torquer honda motors. If u just got it id check all the fluids and do a tune up to be sure

2)A well taken care of honda motor can go for 300,000+ miles

3)Coilovers are the cheapest way to lower it and if your stock shocks are still good they will be just fine with coilovers

CHEAP COILOVERS are the Cheapest way to lower you car (WOULDNT RECOMMEND CHEAP COILOVERS)

A good set of lowering springs and good set of struts is the BEST way "for the MONEY" to lower your car.
